Nevertheless, what can be seen is compelling and supports the clear impression that radical environmentalism exists not primarily to protect the natural environment for all people but to support the superior economic environment enjoyed by the new aristocracy.
The imposition of a new caste system upon society -- not only in eastern Europe, Africa and South America but in the more developed world as well -- is dangerous, not noble.
